My name is Tara Tamayo and I am an attraction marketing coach in the Network Marketing Industry. Born and raised in Florida, I grew up in the small town of Mount Dora. I love it here! Close enough to the major cities yet, just far enough for a little R&R.

My husband and I were college sweethearts and have been married almost 4 years now. Together we have two beautiful boys, Triston 7 and Ryland 2. They are the love of my life.

I graduated from Keiser College with a degree in Radiology and went straight into the corporate world right afterward. I started my first job making $13.00/hr and within 6 months had landed as a Mammographer making $18.00/hr. I was extremely pleased and thought I was living the high life for awhile there. However, working in the medical field is very demanding.

Having two small children at home, I felt a longing to be there with them. My husband and I had always talked about having a business of our own someday. I was beginning to feel as though my education had defined me and I was stuck in the rat race of the corporate world. Deep inside I was screaming for a way out!

I began Network Marketing in Sept of 2003, my journey started due to financial strain and I was looking for answers. I started selling beauty products and eventually learned the ins and outs of being successful in sales and marketing. With these new found tools I was able to outperform majority of my competition by 95%. It wasn’t easy though…

Let’s see…. What haven’t I done would be a little easier than this.  I have made numerous cold calls, door to door sales, passed out flyers (in laundry mats, businesses, malls, fairs, expos…), purchased 100’s of business cards, which are still starring at me! I can’t even begin to tell you the amount of money that I put into advertising and materials, most of which was a complete waste! A whole lot of work for little to no payout! For the amount of time and energy that I spent really trying to work by business, I felt as though I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off. There came a point when I threw up my hands and said I was done…ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!

Through talking with my upline I learned that there were a few who chose to do strictly internet marketing. Now I kinda know my way around the internet but I began to study up on different techniques for marketing. I was doing a lot of this on my own which is very time consuming. I spent more time studying and trying to master the internet rather than actually getting out my information and being productive.

THEN……. I SAW THE LIGHT!

I came in contact with a multimillionaire network marketer. He was an internet guru! During my very first conversation, that literally lasted probably about 5-10 minutes, I was totally impressed! Here’s why… he had several phones ringing nonstop. Every few seconds he would tell me, “Please hold for just a min.” I could still here him in the background answering the phones and directing people on their next step in the sign up process. I asked him, “How many leads do you get within a day?” He answered, with a laugh, “300-500″.  I was completely stunned! Not only did he help me see why my business was failing but also showed me where I was failing as a leader.

The days following I took on my business with a completely new approach. I began to see an improvement in myself, my marketing strategies, leads, and best of all….$$$$$$ in the bank!
